Return policy

At Maison du Maple, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.


Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • The item must be in a condition that allows Maison du Maple to resell it.

  • If you received a free gift with your order, it must be returned along with the product.

  • Hygiene-related products such as scissors, brushes, and trimmers can only be returned if unused and/or if the seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, the order is considered final and cannot be returned.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged for reasons not caused by us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your courier’s website for exact rates.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment. The sender is always responsible for ensuring the package is properly shipped.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your return.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.


Defective or Damaged Product

Did you receive a defective or damaged product?
Please send an email with a clear photo or short video of the damage to info@maisondumaple.com.
If it is confirmed that the product was defective or damaged upon delivery, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.


Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened (with a broken seal), such as scissors, brushes, and trimmers.

  • Gift cards and/or digital content.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.


Return or Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Request a return via email
Send an email to info@maisondumaple.com with the subject “Return,” including your order number and name.
(Note: The address on the package is not our return address.)

Step 2: Wait for customer service approval
Our customer service team will let you know if the return is approved and will provide the return form and address.

Step 3: Complete the return form
After approval, fill in the return form completely.

Step 4: Package the item
Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

Step 5: Ship the return
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided.
Make sure your package includes a tracking code (Track & Trace).
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 6: Receive your refund
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your account.
